By using Shift Report (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this app.

This app is intended for parents or guardians managing player information, not for direct use by children.

2. Use of the App

You may use the app to:

• Track games and player performance 
• Store and manage team and player data 

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes 
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others 
• Upload content you do not have permission to use 
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its systems 
• 
  

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information 
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account 
• You are responsible for all activity under your account 

Authentication is handled securely via a third-party provider.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, including:

• Player data 
• Game stats 
• Notes 
• Media uploads (photos and videos) 

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this content solely to operate and improve the app.

You are responsible for the content you upload. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store 
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings 
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies 

6. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, and app store infrastructure). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third parties.

7. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted access 
• Error-free operation 

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time without notice.

8. Data and Backups

While we strive to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, including game stats, notes, or media.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms 
• Misuse or abuse the app 

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your access to the app will end and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and functionality (excluding user content), is owned by Shift Report and is protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

11. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shift Report is not liable for:

• Loss of data 
• Missed events or notifications 
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app 

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shift Report from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the app 
• Your violation of these Terms 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
